One of the most common questions we get is: "how is my rate actually calculated?" Here's the short version.

Two ingredients, one rate

Every conversion to or from CNY blends two things: a live market rate for your local currency, and our own tiered USDT-to-CNY rate. Larger conversions land in a better tier, which means a more favorable rate as your volume grows.

No hidden markup

A single, transparent margin is applied on top of that blended rate — the same margin whether you're converting NGN, GHS, KES, or USDT. There's no second, hidden fee added at withdrawal or payout time.

Rates move, and that's normal

Exchange rates change throughout the day along with the broader market. The rate you see in your dashboard is live, but it only locks in once you actually confirm a conversion — so the number you agreed to is always the number that gets applied.
